Ryan was born in Montreal, and has lived in three different continents throughout his life. Ryan attended both the French Baccalaureate system and the British International School, where he excelled at swimming by competing in the Nationals and at diplomacy where he represented his school in the Model United Nations at the Hague conference.
Ryan graduated university in both Finance and Economics and was heavily involved in the John Molson Investment Society and was one of the main contenders in the stock pitch competition. Ryan’s has extensive experience working closely with distressed small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in turnaround situations, helping owners restructure internal operation to prevent insolvency. Ryan has first-hand experience into the day-to-day challenges faced by entrepreneurs, been instrumental in guiding his clients through financial challenges.
In his role, he not only facilitated access to crucial financing but also provided strategic advice for restructuring internal operations to prevent insolvency.
